Refund Policy

At arcanacalculator.com, all transactions are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases on our platform. The following refund policy applies to all Spark credit purchases and is aligned with Paddle's consumer terms.
1. 14-Day Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date, without giving any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your refund request before the 14-day period expires.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at karaokemaker.online@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
- Transaction ID / Order number (found in your Paddle receipt email).
Our team will process your request and issue the refund promptly.

If you cancel your purchase within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
4. No Subscription Policy
arcanacalculator.com does not use a subscription model. All payments are one-time purchases for Spark credit packages, processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). You will never be charged a recurring fee. Since there are no ongoing subscriptions, there is no need for "cancellation" of future billing.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
6. Payment Processor (Paddle)
All payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on Arcana Calculator.
