1. Credit Purchases (Unused Credits)

We offer a flexible refund window for users who change their minds after purchasing credits:

• 24-Hour Window: You are eligible for a full refund on your purchase if you have not used any of the credits within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Partial Usage: If any portion of the credits from a specific purchase has been spent, that transaction is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Digital Reports & Generated Content

Once credits are consumed to generate a report, specialized calculation, or any form of digital content, the service is considered "delivered." Due to the nature of digital products, these are non-refundable except in the following cases:

• Technical Error: You were charged credits, but the system failed to generate the report or provide the result due to a glitch.
• Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same report or the same amount of credits twice within a 24-hour period due to a payment processing error.

3. No Subscription Policy

Please note that arcanacalculator.com does not use a subscription model. All payments are one-time purchases for specific credit packages or reports. You will never be charged a recurring fee. Since there are no ongoing subscriptions, there is no need for "cancellation" of future billing.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible conditions mentioned above, please contact us at karaokemaker.online@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your full name and registered email address.
• Transaction ID / Order number.
• The reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact our support team directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank. We are committed to finding a fair solution for our users.

6. Disclaimer

Please note that our calculations and reports are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the "results" or "predictions" provided by the calculators.
